About Us
Baseline Stores is a medium sized sole proprietorship trading business in Kenya. The business has two shops both in Naivasha town: one at Naivasha Business Centre near Naivas Kubwa Supermarket and the second next to Pyramid Restaurant on Moi Avenue.
Our business offers customers a wide range of licensed wines and spirits. The business is registered under the Registration of Business Names Act. The business is also registered with the Kenya Revenue Authority for V.A.T. and pays taxes as stipulated by the law.
We offer credit facilities to customers who sign a credit agreement with us. We supply goods and collect a post dated cheque to be cashed after an agreed-upon period.
Management Profile
The business is run by Mr John Mwangi Njuguna (the proprietor), his wife and a staff of twelve permanent and six casual staff.
Baseline Stores has a fleet of four vehicles for delivery of goods to customers as well as procurement of goods from various suppliers.
Mr Njuguna is a Kenya Utalii graduate with very good knowledge of wines and spirits from different regions across the globe. He has been in the wines and spirits business for the past fifteen years and therefore has a lot of experience in this field. He is the proud owner of a thriving business that supplies to a wide range of hotels serving as the main clientèle.

Our Strategy
We intend to improve our turnovers by 25% this year while at the same time maintaining low expenditures on our operations. We expect our customer base to grow by 15% in order to achieve our desired growth.
